HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH TRAINING?
- Getting started has been made simple! Reach out to Coach Maya through email, call/text, or sign up for your free training consultation (ANY "BOOK NOW" BUTTON) and someone will reach out to you within 24 hours of initial contact. We'll discuss your fitness goals, any current challenges, and create a personalized plan tailored just for you. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to take training to the next level, I'm here to guide you every step of the way!

CAN I BRING PEOPLE TO WORKOUT?
-Most definitely, the more the better! If you'd like to bring a guest, there will be a small additional fee per session/person. Alternatively, you can refer them to join Ambitness, and they can start their own fitness journey with us. Sharing your fitness experience is a great way to stay motivated together!!

HOW LONG ARE YOUR TRAINING SESSIONS?
-With flexible training sessions of 30, 60, or 90 minutes, we've made it convenient for even the busiest individuals to prioritize their fitness. All you need to do is show up ready to Be Ambitious about your Fitness. Everything else from the workouts to the setup, is already handled for you. Your time is valuable, and we make every minute count!!
